Thanks for stopping by.
I'm James (or Jim) Higgins, a Freelance Graphic Designer based in Yorkshire.
I have been practicing most disciplines of design professionally for almost a decade. I'm fully fluent in the Adobe design suite so I can take on projects from top level brand development to day-to-day promotional artwork and social media use and integrate easily into teams of any size.
While I won't rattle off the full list of projects I undertake, I frequently work on projects requiring branding, advertisements, packaging design, poster and flyer design, as well as labelling, business cards, stationary, and internal presentation decks.
While I'm not a web designer, I'm capable at constructing large functional websites in most common builders.
I charge a fixed daily rate, but can usually work within budgets for small businesses and charities.
Most of my clients are regulars who book my time frequently to produce artwork based on their unique requirements. This is my preferred way to work, as it allows me to become familiar with their brand guidelines and brand assets, allowing me to more efficiently meet a high standard of work.
That said- I'm also happy to undertake small or even single-day projects, such as flash email campaigns or site-specific wayfinding signage for clients in a pinch. I can also book time for larger, multi-month projects like company-wide rebrands or full promotional campaigns.
I work with self-employed individuals on a tight budget up to large corporations with room for creativity. Send me an email, even if it's just a quick question.
